No Excuses Fellas : 20 Cheap (or FREE date ideas) That You Must Do With A Real Woman

Now ya'll know I keep it real with ya'll, so I have an issue I really need to address. Most of my question inbox is flooded with *DATING* questions, and my friend +mynametonyhood from @TheAdultSection posed a really good question: Is it OK to take someone you're trying to get to know on a date to McDonalds?
While most woman would rag on the suggestion to be courted at a fast food restaurant (as some of the ladies have in my inbox), the list below is going to prove to you Kings why you should skip the dolla menu and instead use those pennies to really impress her.

20 Cheap Date Ideas So You Can Woo A Real Woman Even On A Budget

1. Score With Sports -If you luck up and find a woman who is into sports then go and support your local minor league teams. You'll get a great game, cool date, and save.

2. Have A Picnic In The Park - There are so many things you can do with a cute date like this. If you can't cook (I understand, unfortunately there are woman out there that can't cook either so it's all good) then grab some great wine, cheese, grapes, and crackers. If you can cook, then surprise the hell outta her. This is a great way to get to know her. If you worry about running out of things to talk about, then bring a book along just in case.

3. Get Berry Romantic -  Head over to pickyourown.org to find out where in your area you can pick your own produce!  Spend a nice day picking her brain and fruits, and  maybe if you play your cards right she'll let you feed them to her later ;)

4.Wine Time - Take her to a local brewery or winery. Not only is it interesting, but you'll also get a bunch of free samples also.

5.Go to the Arcade - Take all of those loose quarters you have and turn them into a good evening of friendly competition.

6. Volunteer - What good is a beautiful date if they are not beautiful in the inside also? Once for a date. I got the chance to volunteer for a Special Olympics softball game and it was SO much fun! It left me with a bunch of memories and lessons that I get to have forever.

7. Nothing Like Some Homemade Lovin' - Get your mind out of the gutter nasty! While I usually hate men trying to get me to go back to their place, you can totally pull this off if you do this the right way. Buy the ingredients you need to make a pizza,  nice playlist of some throwback R&B jams, and get cooking! Instead of just making one big pizza, why not turn it into a competition and see who makes the best pizza, or make a few tiny ones and try a few different recipes to see which one you like the best.

8. Hit Up the Open Waters - Beach. Babe. Bottle - you can't go wrong with that.

9. Join A Meetup - Head over to MeetUp.com so you can find local poets, actors, or comedians that get together and you can watch improv in the park (or wherever the hell they choose to meet up at). You'll get a great time from some individuals who love their art, and if you're feeling ballsy - join in!

10. Download an App Like Groupon - It's amazing for local deals and discounts for places you might not have even heard of in your area. Once, I purchased tickets for two at a movie theater for only ten bucks. (You still have to bring your own snacks though...seriously.)

11. Get A Good Spark In the Park - If you do this right, your date will be better than that cheesy title I just used (lol). Bring a basketball to shoot some hoops, slide down the slides, or swing on the swings. Don't forget the cooler with drinks and food to grill on the grills provided at the park. Enjoy the beautiful weather, each other, and some much needed Vitamin D, provided for free, by mama nature.

12. While You're Outside...- Exercise together!  If you live in Orlando, Cranes Roost and Lake Eola are great places to work up a sweat. Get moving!

13. Mini Road Trip - Fill up the car with some snacks, good music, and visit a part of your state that you've never been to before. Enjoy the company, the ride, and the destination.

14. Thrifting (Because An Economical Man Is A Good One) - One guy took me thrifting once. I'm not going to lie, originally I thought it was a tad corny but it turned out to be a great time. We purchased a bunch of DIY projects and made it a great time getting to know each other. The best part about it? The most expensive item of the night was the bottle of wine.

15. Check Out A Local Museum - Tickets are usually cheap as hell, and it's a great way to learn something new together.

16. Look Up the Events Calender Of Your Local Paper - If you live in Orlando then you can also find really cool cheap events in the Orlando Weekly. There are so many free events like festivals and art shows that you can check out.

17. Throwback Play Date - Pull out the cards and board games. If you're comfortable enough then add a creative, adult, twist to the old kiddie games ;) *you're welcome

18. Movie Marathon - Ask her for her list of movies that she MUST see (old and new), only use that cell phone to order a pizza, and then unplug and tune into only her and the TV for the rest of the evening.

19. Respect The Mic - Where else in the world can you get amazing talent, good food, and the chance to spit your hot fire at such a low price? Make sure to check out OrangeIsMedia.com for more information.
Ignite (Hosted by Autumn Blaze) - If you've never seen her perform, you'll know through her comedy and poetry that you'll get more than you paid for, but WAIT - there's more! You'll also get some great music and the chance to check out some amazing talent from her showcase that features artists from all over!

20. Take A Class Together - Learn to sew, bake, decorate, paint, WHATEVER! There is so many new things you guys can learn together.

BONUS (Only because he thought I wouldn't be able to name twenty)

21.Take Her Back to School (literally) - If you land yourself a Queen who is really about her business then she will really appreciate this one. Reach out to a local community college since they offer so many free business seminars and classes. Take her to one, get some free knowledge, network, and get a ton of community resources. It's worth so must for it to be for the free free!

P.S (because I don't want to hear any push back from any of you as to why you can't do any of these really crafty, cheap ideas) If she doesn't appreciate your gesture for a romantic date - SHE'S BASIC & you never needed her anyway *YOU'RE WELCOME*
